General Ordering Information/Terms & Conditions

 

WEB ORDERS

Orders may be placed on the Cambridge Collection website www.cambridgecollection.net. For your convenience most Cambridge Collection Catalog Images can be viewed on our website. Catalog images not displayed on the website are available in the catalog section of the site.

Once an online order is placed, Cambridge Collection will process the order as quickly as possible. You will be sent a receipt for your order with an estimated ship date.

All products are manufactured to order. All sales are final and there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credits given unless orders arrive damaged (please see Return Policy below).

PHONE/FAX/SHOWROOM ORDERS
Orders may be placed by emailing cambridgecollection.net or by fax at 801-975-7107. Our showroom is open to the public Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, located at 3089 South 300 West South Salt Lake, Ut 84115.

DAMAGE & RETURN POLICY

Cambridge Collection does not accept returns for unwanted merchandise, customer order errors or products damaged during shipping. Products damaged in shipping must be reported to carrier immediately. Defective merchandise must be reported to Cambridge Collection within 24 hours to receive RM# for credit. To report defective product please contact customerservice@cambridgecollection.net or call 801-908-0324.

If anRM# is issued, you will receive a call tag to return the merchandise to Cambridge Collection via FedEx. Requests for replacement merchandise should be sent to customerservice@cambridgecollection.net and may be placed when reporting defective merchandise.

 

 

SHIPPING

All retail orders are sent FedEx Ground (3-5 business days). For small retail orders it may take 10-14 business days for ordered items to ship due to manufacturing constraints. For larger retail orders (5 items or more) it may take 14-18 business days for ordered items to ship.

A variety of shipping and delivery options are available to wholesale account holders. To view these options, please log in to your whole sale account. For questions on shipping for both retail and wholesale customers, please contact customerservice@cambridgecollection.net.

 

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

Whole sale accounts are available to retailers, gift & specialty stores, bookstores, interior designers, photographers and artists. To apply for a wholesale account: click on "My Account" at the top of the home page or "Wholesalers" on the bottom of the home page. You will be asked to fill in information about your company and chose a login and password.  This information is transmitted to the customer service department at Cambridge Collection who will then contact you for any additional information needed. 
On approval, your account will be activated and wholesale pricing will be available to you while your browse throughout the images. Login and password will be required when you access the website.

 

 

SECURITY

In the course of using Cambridgecollection.net web site we may ask you for your email address, postal address, telephone number and your credit card information (if an order is placed).

Information obtained at our site is encrypted to ensure your security. The credit card processing companies we partner with use industry standard socket layer technology (SSL) to ensure that your information is encrypted. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us from unauthorized access or disclosure, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We assume no liability for any disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions.

We do not and will not further access any credit card information you provide. Your credit information will not be shared with any company outside of Cambridge Collection and will be used for the sole purpose of processing your order.

 

PRIVACY

Because we value you as a customer Cambridge Collection will not rent, sell, or make available in any other way email addresses or other personal information outside of Cambridge Collection. As a valued customer we will use email from time to time to notify you of specials and closeouts, follow-up information on your order, ect.

 

The personal information that you give us when you place an order or utilize one of the Services is used to process and fulfill your order or request. We also use your personal information for our own internal purposes, such as providing customer support or providing, maintaining, evaluating and improving the Services and the Website.

We partner with one or more credit card processing companies to assist us in processing your payment. However, those companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. The information you provide us is used for processing and fulfilling your order and contacting you if we have problems processing your order.

We may disclose the personal and non-personal information of our customers to any successor-in-interest of ours, such as a company that acquires us. In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information will likely be among the assets transferred. We may need to disclose personal information when required by law and when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process.

Your choice to opt-out of certain communications:
If you are no longer interested in receiving e-mail announcements and other marketing information from us, please e-mail your request to customerservice@cambridgecollection.net . Please include your complete name and mailing address (as well as your e-mail address) if you prefer not to receive direct mail postcards or catalogs. Note that you may still receive customer service related communications from us.

We also collect "non-personal" information from you, such as your browser type, the URL of the previous web site you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your IP address. "Non-personal" information cannot be easily used to personally identify you. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address also may be used to gather broad demographic information and to recognize customer traffic patterns and site usage. This information aids us in merchandising and in developing the design and layout of the site.

In addition, like almost all e-commerce web sites, we use "cookies." Cookies are bits of information that are stored on your computer by your web browser. Although our cookies don't store any of your personal information, they do allow us to do things like keep items in your shopping cart between visits or during the same visit or provide you with a more personalized user experience. Whether you want your web browser to accept cookies or not is up to you. If you haven't changed your computer's settings, most likely your browser already accepts cookies.

We may collect and share non-personal information about the pages that you visit on the Website, but this information is not personally identifiable, and we may use selected third parties for marketing and analysis purposes.

Updating your personal information:
If your personal information changes, you may correct, update or remove personal information previously provided to us by contacting our customer service department at customerservice@cambridgecollection.net

Changes to our Privacy Policy:
If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post a new Privacy Policy on our Website, which will become effective when posted. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of the Website and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent with it.
