  • Q:Are you a collection agency? 
    A: Cambridge Collection is the premire framed art manufacturer in the Mountain West, with a variety of products to accentuate your home, office or place of business. We also wholesale to retailers. 

  • Q: What is a Giclee? 
    A: Giclée is a digital printing technology in which incredibly fine jets of ink literally “spray” the image onto paper or canvas.  This process uses fade resistant archival inks, giving giclee prints or canvases expetionally vibrant colors and fine detail.

  • Q: What is a "limited edition"?
    A: A limited edition is a print that was reproduced in a limited number. The edition size is the number of reproductions in a print or canvas release. There are two numbers on a limited edition—for example, 157/250. The number on the bottom (250) refers to the total number of reproductions in the edition. The number above (157) is the number of the individual reproduction.  All limited editions are signed by the artist which increases the value of the art.

  • Q: How soon after I place my order, will I receive my art?
    A: All items are manufactured to order.  Manufacturing is subject to material availability.  Wholesale and retail orders will ship within 7 to 10 business days depending on the size of the order. Orders of 5 pieces or more will ship within 12 to 16 business days.  Orders are only available to ship within the continental United States.  All retail orders are sent FedEx ground.   • Q: Do you allow frame, matt, or fillet substitutions on catalog art?
    A: Most pieces are only available with the frame, matts and fillets shown. Substitutions may be possible at an additional cost.

  • Q: How do I set up my Wholesale account? 
    A: Click on "My Account" at the top of the home page or "Wholesalers" on the bottom of the home page. You will be asked to fill in a series of information about your company and chose a login and password.  This information is transmitted to the customer service department at Cambridge Collection who will then contact you for any additional information needed. 
    On approval, your account will be activated and wholesale pricing will be available to you while your browse throughout the images. Login and password will be required when you access the website.
  • TROUBLE SHOOT YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE

     

    Enter a quantity when selecting the items you were interested in purchasing.

    *The default quantity for all items viewed is 0. You must select a quantity of 1 or greater to have an item added to your cart.

     

    Select a valid shipping option.

    *For retail customers FedEx Ground is the only shipping option currently available. For assistance with wholesale shipping options, please log into your wholesaler account or contact our customer service department at customerservice@cambridgecollection.net

     

    Enter a billing address for the card you are using that matches exactly  the billing address for the card.

    * You may ship product to an address different from the billing addresses of the card, but the address linked to the card and the billing address entered in the shopping cart MUST be exact matches.

     

    Enter a valid VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMEX card number.

    *We do not currently accept DISCOVER CARD.

     

    Enter a valid expiration date.

                *Expired cards will not be accepted.

     

    Enter the 3 digit Card Verification Code (CVC) located on the back of the card for VISA & MASTERCARD or 4 digit CVC on the front right for AMEX.

                *Transactions with an invalid CVC code will not be accepted

     

    Complete all required fields before clicking the “submit transaction” button at the bottom of the page.

     

    You may review and finalize your order before selecting the final “submit transaction” button once your card information has been verified. This is the last step in purchasing from our site after card information has been submitted & approved. This page will show the applied shipping cost, tax and total amount that will be charged to your card. You must click “submit transaction” for the purchase to be finalized.

     

     

    If all of the above information was entered correctly during your transaction, the card may have been declined because of fraud filters attached to our website.
